Recycling businesses in Oregon are eligible for the Pollution Control Facility Tax Credit, the Reclaimed Plastic Tax Credit, and the Oregon Business Energy Tax Credit. Depending on which tax credit you apply for, the amount of the credit against Oregon taxes due is either 35% or 50% of the capital value of eligible recycling facilities or equipment over five to ten years. |
